Lastly, try attending an event that combines Blacks and Latinos. A few upcoming events in particular are Blatino Oasis in Palm Springs California and Sizzle Miami. These two events are aimed specifically at Blacks and Latinos.
Online dating is a little more private. Events and clubs are a little more "out there." Since your "new to this" you may not be comfortable attending an event or club.
