August 2008- Adelante, Perez Hilton, Upcoming Events
Adelante Magazine celebrated their 10th year in distribution this July. The gay Latino publication commemorated their mile stone anniversary with a cover shoot and full page spread featuring some of the most popular gay Latin models on the west coast. Featured models included Club Papi dancers, Cisco, Daniel Miagany, Daniel Hermosillo, Saul, Juan Carlos and Omar.
All 10 models are previous Adelante cover models and were brought back for the commemorative issue. Extremely talented LA photographer Joseph Leon was chosen to capture these sexy boys and bring them to the Adelante readers. Adelante magazine caters to the Latino community and is now distributed in throughout California and New York. Congrats to Adelante for 10 years of being the premier gay Latino publication.

YOCISCO.com Quick Fitness Tip- Warming Up
Exercise, both cardiovascular and strength training, should always be preceded by a warm-up. A warm-up is a low-intensity cardiovascular exercise performed for 5-10 minutes until perspiration begins. Exercising muscles that are not warmed up will increase your risk of injury.
