Who's That White Girl? Beyonce?
Have you seen the new L'Oreal Ad featuring recording superstar and actress, Beyonce Knowles ? It's rumored that the cosmetic company has lightened the advertisement photo and television commercial to appear to the white, to the light and to the "want to be" light or white women.
Also in the ad, Beyonce's weave s almost a strawberry blond. L'Oreal claims that the rumor is not true. A family friend claims that Beyonce uses a skin lightening product,to make her already light skin lighter. Is this true?
I don't know. I would like to believe that Ms. Knowles is comfortable with her beautiful sun kissed brown complexion. I don't see a difference in her skin color, as Beyonce's background is Afro Creole and she appears to be extremely proud of her roots. As for L'Oreal, check out the ad and see for yourself.
As the media tries to keep up with the pop-diva, it's also rumored that she may become part of "Wisteria Lane." Yes, for those of you who are not fans of the number one Primetime Sunday comedy/drama, "Desperate Housewives", this is suppose to be a secret, so don't tell anyone, keep this secret between you and me.
Thirdly, Beyonce is said to have already finished filming her role, playing legendary blues and soul diva, Ms. Etta James, in the soon to be released film about Chicago's Chess Records company.
For the haters, keep on hating, Beyonce is doing her thing, her way.
