where to begin?

hey cisco i just joined the website and i`m totally in love with it all,i will be saving it on my favorites.my question is i`m about 180-190lbs and i want to be about 170lbs but i`m always putting going to get a gym membership on hold so what should i do?what are some things i can do to not get overwhelmed about joining a gym?

Whats good, loverboy1984. Thanks for joining YOCISCO.com. So looks like you are trying to lose some weight. To lose weight you must do two things: eat well and exorcise. At one time I was about 20 lbs heavier than I am now. I first swore off all soda and fast food. Try eating fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats like chicken or fish. You must do cardio every week at least 3-4 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes. Your first 10 minutes burn energy, the last 10 burn fat. Also, start a weight training routine. Muscle burns fat so the more muscle you can build, the more fat youll burn. Oh an drink plenty of water, all day. Keep your body hydrated.
